Privacy information
We use your confirmed email, name, requested property, dates, guest count and any optional phone number or message to handle your rental request. Do not send payment card details, identity documents or sensitive information in the message.
Who handles your information
The property management team receives a notification to process your request. Cloudflare hosts the website, Supabase handles accounts and request storage, and Resend delivers service emails. External property photographs are loaded from their image providers; opening a map takes you to the selected map service.
Storage and access
Your browser stores your sign-in session and appearance preference. Request records are restricted to the server and authorised operations. Request storage and copies of correspondence in the team's mailbox are handled separately. Use our contact details below to discuss correction or deletion of a request. We retain requests and correspondence while handling your enquiry and any associated support; deletion requests are reviewed individually rather than promising automatic removal on a fixed date. Account information has a separate lifecycle from rental requests.
